ORDER QUESTIONS

If I find a book on your site, does that mean it's currently in stock at your store?

Not necessarily. If your order is time sensitive, please call us at 802-448-3350 to confirm availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Phoenix Books gift cards on our website.

I received a confirmation email. Does this mean that my order is ready to be picked up or has been shipped?

No. This just means that we've received your order. You will be contacted when your order has shipped or is ready to be picked up.

How can I check the status of my order?

Log in, select “My Account' and “Orders”, and a list of all orders and their current status is provided.

When will I get my book(s)?

For in stock orders, your order will be shipped as soon as your items have been gathered.  For out of stock items, we will provide you an estimated date of shipment.

My book arrived damaged! How can I exchange it?

If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact the store within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.

What if I need to return something?

Please review our return policies and contact us with any further questions.

 

PROMO OR COUPON CODES

Promo or coupon codes are valid for a limited time only. The promo or coupon code may only be used on www.phoenixbooks.biz and is limited to one use per customer. If you return any of the items purchased with a promo or coupon code, the coupon discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit. Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products. Promo or coupon codes are subject to some exclusions, including taxes, prior purchases, gift cards, Book Club memberships, consignment items, and services such as shipping. Promo or coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, such as sale items and Phoenix Book Club discounts.
