Join us for an evening of poetry with James Morehead as we celebrate the release of his latest collection of poetry, portraits of red and gray: memoir poems.
In this collection of memoir poems, James C. Morehead brings universal themes to life through journeys to the USSR and the mountains of Tuscany, the concert halls in San Francisco and a tiny town in Wyoming, the cables of Yosemite's Half Dome and the beaches of Normandy.
James Morehead is the Poet Laureate of Dublin, California, author of canvas: poems and and portraits of red and gray: memoir poems he hosts The Viewless Wings Poetry Podcast. James' poem "tethered" was transformed into an award-winning hand drawn animated short film, "gallery" was set to music for baritone and piano, and his poems have appeared in Beyond Words, Wingless Dreamer, Prometheus Dreaming, and Prompt Press.
