Phoenix is an ideal setting for your baby or bridal shower, business meeting, etc. We've already hosted an array of events, from art openings and open mic nights to business meetings and author appearances. Basic rates are $25 per hour during business hours and $45 per hour for late hours. You may BYO food but all beverages must be purchased from Phoenix at our already low prices. Your reservation includes a dedicated barista to make your drinks, bus tables, and generally help out if you would like to make use of the kitchen. (Facilities include a microwave, small oven, and hot and cold water.) We will clean up after the items we provide, and ask that you clean up after those you provide (plates for your food, etc). Reservations should be made 2-4 weeks in advance.
During our regular operating hours Phoenix Books and Cafe will be open to the public, but we will set aside the entire cafe space for your party. (We may set up a couple of tables outside or in another part of the store for our regular cafe customers.) We are also happy to provide background music to your taste.
